Clarity Vision Institute (CVI) is an independent medical facility that provides surgical and diagnostic services in partnership with referring optometric physicians. Participation in the Light Adjustable Lens (LAL) co-management program is voluntary and structured to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.

All professional services rendered by optometrists must be medically necessary and appropriately documented. Any compensation related to LAL co-management is based solely on fair market value (FMV) for legitimate services performed and is not dependent on the volume or value of referrals.

CVI does not engage in fee-splitting, nor does participation in this program obligate referring providers to refer patients for surgery. Clinical decision-making remains the sole responsibility of the treating physician. Patients maintain the right to choose their provider and surgical facility at all times.
